Community Manager

The Job

  • Develop and execute internal communication strategies that align with the company's mission and values: You will be responsible for developing and executing internal communication strategies that keep our employees informed and engaged. This will include managing the company intranet, creating newsletters, and organizing internal events that build community and foster collaboration.
  • Build an engaged internal community: You will be responsible for building an engaged internal community by organizing events and activities that bring our employees together. This will include managing employee engagement surveys, developing employee recognition programs, and fostering a culture of inclusivity and diversity.
  • Drive external employer branding in Asia (Vietnam, Thailand, EG): this will include managing the company's social media channels, creating content that resonates with our target audience, and developing partnerships with relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with teams across organizations (global team and other departments) to ensure consistent and effective messaging: This will include collaborating with the marketing team to develop brand guidelines and messaging frameworks, working with the HR team to ensure that internal communication is aligned with the company's culture and values, and coordinating with the sales team to develop sales collateral and presentations.
  • Lead and supervise a team of three members, including organizing and managing their workflow, providing training and coaching to improve their performance, and conducting regular performance evaluations to ensure team goals are being met

Your Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in branding and community management, preferably in a global company; experience working in the IT industry is a plus.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Experience managing and coaching a team to improve performance and productivity
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, and corporate communication tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making
  • Excellent English communication
